– Original purchase invoice needs to be presented and sent.
– Products should be unused and in the same condition as purchased.
Open Bag Return Policy
Owing to unshakeable confidence in our exclusive brands. We offer an open bag policy for 100 % satisfaction of our customers.
On purchase of any food product of our exclusive brands, you are eligible to claim our open bag return policy. In which you may return a used and open bag and get a 100% refund of your payment, no questions asked. However following prerequisites must be meet:-
1. 80 to 90 % of food must be returned
2. Collection of bags to be returned will not be possible.
Please confirm from our sales staff if the product falls in our exclusive brand’s list.
You may refund your goods (nonexclusive brands) subject to the following conditions:-
1. Refund within 3 days of purchase or receiving of good.
2. You will be asked to present the original invoice for the goods.
3. Products are not damaged or used.
4. No collection of delivered goods will be done for Refund.
