Delivery Charges
Karachi & Lahore
Flat delivery charge: PKR 300
Nationwide Delivery – Other Cities in Pakistan
Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order:
- 0–1 kg: PKR 249
- 1–5 kg: PKR 449
- 5–10 kg: PKR 799
- 10 kg+: PKR 1,249
Shipping charges are courier and delivery-related costs. PetsDunya tries to absorb as much of the delivery expense as possible so that customers pay reasonable shipping charges.
Delivery Time
Karachi & Lahore
Orders are generally delivered within 24–48 hours.
Other Cities in Pakistan
Orders are generally delivered within 4–5 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.
Urgent & Overnight Delivery
Overnight or urgent delivery may be available for selected locations.
If you require urgent delivery, please contact the PetsDunya team when placing your order so that we can check availability and applicable charges.
Urgent delivery charges may differ from our standard shipping rates.
Order Processing
Orders received on Sundays and Pakistan national holidays are processed and shipped on the next working day.
During major shopping events, sales campaigns, public holidays or unusually busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer than the standard estimated delivery time.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and locations. Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number so our team or courier partner can contact them regarding delivery.
For a smoother delivery experience, customers should remain available to receive their parcel when it is out for delivery.
Orders Above PKR 15,000
For orders above PKR 15,000, PetsDunya may require an advance payment before dispatch.
Our customer support team will contact the customer after order confirmation to provide payment details and further instructions.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your shipping information is correct, including:
- Customer name
- Active mobile number
- Complete delivery address
- City
- Area or locality
- Nearby landmark where applicable
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays.
Delayed Deliveries
PetsDunya aims to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period. However, delays may occasionally occur because of:
- Courier service issues
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High order volumes
- Remote delivery locations
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Unexpected logistical circumstances
